Application error when starting up sharpstats

I did download sharpstats, and opened it with winzip. The setup went fine. When i tried to launch the program i got the following error message: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on ok to terminate the application."

I use windows xp sp3, and have tried multiple versions of sharpstats. The same error comes every time sad

What to do????

Do you have the .NET Framework 2.0 or higher installed?

i have the exact same problem. cant even connect. yes i have 2.0 or higher. your security codes are WAY to hard to read...
