After running into a similar bug with the new additions for Beta 4, I have located the cause of this problem.

There is a problem with the "Countinuation Bet" filters (Continuation Bet, Fold to Continuation Bet, and Raise Continuation Bet). Make sure that none of these filters are selected.

This issue will be fixed with the next release.
